A meeting has been set for 6-7 p.m. Wednesday (tomorrow) at Vinton City Hall to allow residents, especially those who live along 3rd Street East between 3rd and 9th Avenue to learn more about the proposed improvements.

City officials have been working with engineers on designing a paving/curb and gutter project that would also include work on city water and sewer lines. 

An open house will begin at 6, with a presentation from the engineers set for 6:30 p.m. The public is invited.
