Tess Erickson and Julia Johnson shared a balloon hat during the Tilford year-end party.
The rainy, cold, windy weather did not stop the Tilford PTO Year-End Party on Thursday, although it did force the hundreds of participants indoors. The students enjoyed inflatable activities in the gym; other activities included a balloon-maker.
