Several community organizations including Clickstop, local churches, Monkeytown, and the Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District have pooled resources to provide school supplies to students whose families are experiencing financial hardship for the upcoming school year. Clickstop Cares also has clothing and limited furniture available. Clickstop Cares will be open for school supply distribution on the following dates:
August 6th from 5:00-7:00
August 7th from 9:00-11:00
August 11th from 1:00-3:00
August 12th from 5:00-7:00
August 19th from 5:00-7:00
Clickstop Cares is located at 2535 Bing Miller Lane, Urbana, IA 52345. It is located on the south side of Highway 150 in the same industrial park as the East Central Iowa REC heading north to Urbana from Vinton. The school district will provide transportation to and from Clickstop Cares with pick up and drop off sites located at Happy Time Childcare Center and the Vinton Public Library.
Please register at the following link to help us prepare enough inventory for all students in need. Registration is required for transportation to be provided.
