News : 4th Annual Flaughless 5K Raises $20,000 for Wounded Warrior Project

Thank you! In memory of US Army Soldier, Dan Flaugh, 1986-2011

The 4th Annual Flaughless 5K, a memorial event for U.S. Army soldier and Vinton native Dan Flaugh, raised $20,000 for Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) bringing the total for the last 4 years to more than $55,000!

This year’s event featured speakers Keegan Birkicht, Program Director fromRetrieving Freedom, and Jeremiah Pauley, a representative from WWP.

Thank you to all who participated, sponsored, volunteered and supported the Flaughless 5K this year and in all previous years. We credit our success to all of you!
