Cruz, Clinton win among county caucus voters

Hillary Clinton and Ted Cruz were the winners among Benton County caucus participants on Monday evening.

The Democrats awarded Clinton 56 percent of their county delegates, while Bernie Sanders has 44 percent of them.

The Republicans count the winners of their caucus by votes, not delegates.

The final tally among Benton Co. Republicans was:

Cruz: 36% with 596 votes

Trump: 25% with 410 votes
Rubio: 15% with 246 votes
Carson: 10% with 171 votes
Paul: 4% with 72 votes
Fiorina: 2% with 35 votes
Kasich: 2% with 27 votes
Christie: 1% with 23 votes
Bush: 1% with 11 votes
Santorum: 1% with 9 votes
Gilmore: 0% with 0 votes
1600 total

gr February 2, 2016, 9:40 am people are you guys nuts you know hillay got fired for lying on the water gate scandel when nixon got impeachedand do we really want her she wants to be the first women president. people wake up and look at her record if she gets in as president hold on to your you know what.she wants to band our second amendment right to bear arms. How are we suppose to protect ourselves from threats from people that are killing people. I really don\'t think our country can stand another four years of another Obama. People look at the facts on what she\'s done.

People dyeing and she is in bed. There are at least 22 classified emails that cannot be released and she laughed it off. \"What washed them clean with a cloth\"? Laugh. This is getting to be a sad world when you turn your backs on crime. Well I\'m keeping my guns don\'t ask for help when you need it. Maybe Hillary can help you.
