The Chamber choir performs 'Where Your Bare Foot Walks.'

Mr. Eric Mohlis directs his first concert as VSHS choir teacher Tuesday.

The Women's Chorale sings 'The Rythym of Life.'

Mr. Mohlis directs the Women's Chorale during the Fall Choral Concert Tuesday at VSHS.

The Vinton-Shellsburg High School Vocal Music Department performed its first choir concert with the new director on Tuesday evening in the VSHS auditorium. Eric Mohlis joined the VSHS staff at the start of the 2010-2011 school year. On Tuesday, he directed the three VSHS choirs during the Fall Choral Concert.

Mr. Mohlis directed the VSHS Women's Chorale in singing "And Nature Smiled" and "The Rythym of Life."

The Chamber Choir performed "Where Your Bare Foot Walks," "Thine the Amen, Thine the Praise," and "Lux Aeterna."

The Concert Choir ended the concert with "Gloria," "Requiem" and "Ritmo."

Lois Martin and Lori Ferguson accompanied the choirs on the piano.
