Fareway Ambushed

Today Vinton Unlimited and a group of its members visited Fareway to "Ambush" the local business.
Ambushing area businesses is a recent activity started by Vinton Unlimited to just say, "Thank you".
As Melissa Schwan said today of Fareway, they have always been good to help out the community with donations or giving discounts on products for area projects.
While this was happening, behind the picture, or she tried to hide behind the picture, Barb Rego told me that her cart contained food bought to help with the food give away program that she started a few years ago, showing me a case of bananas and a couple cases of corn that Fareway was helping her with.
So thank you Fareway, from all of us in the community!
