News : Area Residents make Vinton the City of Lights

Many of Vinton's residents are make the season more enjoyable with their many lights and Christmas displays. Pictures don't always do it justice, but we'll try to share pictures of the lights over the next few weeks. This display is on the corner of 8th Street and B Avenue.
