News : Area 4-H groups decorate Courthouse Lawn with Scarecrows

It's 4-H week!

The annual scarecrow display on the courthouse lawn is now in place. Local 4-H groups put the display together and make the scarecrows as scary and entertaining as possible. this year there is an added feature where you can vote for your favorite scarecrow by dropping a penny in the bucket in front of your favorite one, each penny equals one vote.

If you'd like to see the display be sure to look on the west side of the courthouse near the sidewalk...it might be a cute family picture location!

Also happening today...

In front of the Extension office they will be grilling burgers, so stop down from 11-1, cost is a freewill donation.
