News : Shellsburg Elementary where I want to go when "I be a kid"

Colonel Sanders aka Nile Davis and Principal Ryan Davis his dad entertained students at Shellsburg

When raising kids, there was one of them that I won't name who constantly said when he was in trouble, "When YOU be a kid, I'm gonna..." 

Well, when I "be a kid" next time I think I want to go to Shellburg Elementary as long as Principal Ryan Davis is still the principal. 

Halloween doesn't slip by without something fun to entertain the kids. This year, Davis did a chicken vs. Colonel Sanders dance off and of course, the chicken aka Davis lost to his son, Nile who dressed as the Colonel. 

The Davis family has continued the tradition with all of their kids. When it was their daughter Abby she became part of a duo of dancing stick people, Hayden became Haydini for a ventriloquist act, and lastly Nile as Colonel Sanders and I might add, he did quite well.
