Arctic temperatures are perfect for this snowman and his companion on Third Avenue.
With predicted lows below zero and single-digit high temperatures, most people prefer to spend as little time as possible outside this week. The weather is perfect, however for preserving snowmen -- and their pets. This pair is located on 3rd Avenue, between 9th and 10th streets.
