News : Maple Unit to graduate Feb. 3; potluck Saturday night in IBSSS gym

Maple Unit members of the Vinton AmeriCorps campus will graduate Feb. 3.

The first Maple Unit (Class 16A) of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) will graduate from the program at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3. The ceremony takes place at the VSHS auditorium. The public is invited; please RSVP to 319-472-9667 or to asarrels@cns.gov.

The Maple Unit arrived last spring. To show their appreciation, they are inviting everyone in Vinton to a community potluck Saturday, Jan. 29, at the IBSSS gymnasium.
