Larry Eckhart of Vinton was injured in a motorcycle versus truck accident on Friday night. The accident occurred around 5:00 p.m. near Walker.
A truck driven by a juvenile backed into the motorcycle's path causing the crash.
Neither the driver of the truck nor a passenger on the motorcycle were injured.
Eckhart was transferred to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
