News : DECAT/CPPC helps law enforcement "Catch" kids doing good

The local DECAT / CPPC group Flourishing Families have donated sports equipment which included footballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, basketballs, playground balls and Frisbee disks to the Benton and Iowa County sheriff's Offices and Police Departments within the two counties.

The purpose is to encourage good relationships between the local law enforcement and the children in their community. When they "catch" a young person doing something good they may be rewarded with one of the above items.
