News Veterans of Foreign Wars 8884 Voice of Democracy Winner Announced

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8884 "Voice of Democracy" winner has been named from the Vinton-Shellsburg High School.

Grace Stephenson received her local award from Post 8884. She has also received her District 2 third-place award for her "Voice of Democracy" essay. She received and check and certificate for each contest.

Grace has participated several times and has written a great essay each time. She is a Senior at Vinton-Shellsburg this year.
