In a post on Tactical Creations' Facebook page, an announcement was made that read as follows:
" ****STORE ANNOUNCEMENT****
Starting today the store will be run and managed by Trent. We appreciate all of our customers and their support during this time."
The owner of Tactical Creations, Robert "Bob" Wayne DuCharme, 59 of Vinton, has been accused of sexual abuse of children.
According to court records, a warrant was issued on March 6, 2024, for his arrest with a bond set at $75,000.
Eight Criminal Complaints were filed against Ducharme on March 5, 2024:
Five Criminal Complaints for Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree, which is a Class B Felony. Four charges are from 2017 and one from 2023.
One charge of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, Class B Felony, with an offense date of 2017.
Two Criminal Complaints of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse, an Aggravated Misdemeanor, were also filed. One case is from 2017 and one in 2022.
According to court records, a bond was posted on March 7, 2024, and DuCharme was released with a promise to appear in court on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

But if he goes the easy route with a plea and not fight for his freedom, then I'm sorry. But a pedo is a pedo no excuses. If someone is accused of it it looks bad when you make a plea deal. Rather see a person fight for their freedom not just plea it out. That's the easy way. But then again public opinion will get you every time.
