Iowa magician David Casas wowed more than 250 people with his sleight-of-hand bird and card tricks, as well as his magic humor during a performance at the Vinton Skate Center Friday morning. Casas appeared as part of the Vinton Public LIbrary's Summer Reading Program entertainment.

The next big event is ventriloquist Kyle Frank, on Monday June 27.
