We have an opportunity for an outgoing, service-oriented individual to provide assistance to our employees and the public. This part-time position will assist with a variety of duties within the Human Resources Department. Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment process by posting open jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing interview packets
  • Help coordinate new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure a smooth transition for employee
  • Assist with file organization and setting up employee record management system
  • Provide assistance in preparing documents for meetings
  • Assist with updates to Human Resources page on website
  • General clerical office support
  • Collaborate with HR Director on various special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience Required:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.  Will also consider college student working toward a degree in Human Resources.
  • One-year minimum experience in customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skills Required:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment with positive energy, drive, and determination
  • Be able to work independently

  • Part-Time position working up to 20 hours per week

    SG May 17, 2024, 2:56 pm The second appears to be an unlawful hire. Not that the Supervisors don’t cater to this department already. Government waste is spelled, HR
