The funds collected from purchases at the Clothing Store support one of 2 men's alcohol rehab centers in Iowa run by the Salvation Army. This store also supports the rehab center in Davenport. No matter how you give or support us, the money is put back into local communities.
Thank You For The Donations!
We received just under $500 dollars during the week of Fareway's 'round-up at the register' in mid-May this year. We appreciate you remembering the Salvation Army of Benton County even when you shop! Every dollar is appreciated.
Currently, we are having a higher number of requests for assistance due to high utility bills and rent. There are other charitable giving agencies that have fewer funds available than usual, or have even closed down taking any further requests because the needs are greater than usual also. Your support is always appreciated, no matter the season we are in!
Giving can be year-around.
