Ventriloquist Kyle Frank taught children about the art of talking for puppets Monday.

Ventriloquist Kyle Frank visited the Vinton library Monday morning, where he taught kids how he uses puppets and talks for them. His presentation included audience participation. The next big event is the July 4 party, which takes place on Friday, July 1. The library will be closed Monday, July 4.
