BENTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF POST-ELECTION AUDIT

Pursuant to Code of Iowa Sec. 50.51, the Secretary of State's Office has ordered a post-election audit of the November 5, 2024, General Election for the Iowa, Leroy, Luzerne, Blairstown Precinct. The Benton County Auditor's Office will conduct this audit on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

The audit will take place in the Auditor's Office at the Benton County Courthouse on the 2nd floor, 111 E 4th Street, Vinton, IA. Said proceeding shall be open to the public.
