News : Red Kettle Campaign in full Swing!

Well, as you all know by now, we are already underway with the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign. We will be ringing the bell at Fareway in Vinton through December 24th.

A big shout of "Thank You!" to all who have signed up to ring. You are appreciated ! Volunteering can give a sense of connectedness to your community, as well as benefits our emotional well-being.

Last year we helped around 112 families, including 146 adults and 141 children. We can offer one-time, urgent assistance with rent, utility bills, or others, etc, when appropriate.

You may win a gift card if you sign up to be part of the Red Kettle Campaign! Sign up to ring the bell for three or more hours at the Fareway grocery store from November 22nd - December 24th, 2024.
