Virginia Gay Hospital Welcomes Stephanie Becker, MSN, FNP-C, to Vinton Family Medical Clinic

Virginia Gay Hospital and Clinics is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Becker, MSN, FNP-C, to the Vinton Family Medical Clinic provider team.

Becker brings more than 15 years of diverse clinical experience and a proven record of leadership in both patient care and medical technology. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise in electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management, and gastrointestinal care, as well as a strong background in education and nursing leadership.

Most recently, Becker served as Senior Clinical Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management at Abbott Laboratories, where she provided clinical support, physician education, and played a key role in expanding access to advanced cardiac device technologies. She also practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology at Mercy Medical Center and continues to share her knowledge as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Mount Mercy University.

Becker earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Purdue Global University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Mercy University.

“I am passionate about building strong patient relationships and improving health outcomes through evidence-based practice and compassionate care,” Becker said. “I look forward to serving the Vinton community and partnering with families to meet their healthcare needs.”
