Bob DuCharme, former owner of Tactical Creations, was charged earlier this year with three charges including:

-Assault with intent to commit sexual Abuse, a misdemeanor

-two counts of Lascivios acts with a Child, Class C felonies

As part of these convictions, he was required to register as a sex offender on Iowa's Sex Offender Registry. 

He was arrested for the failure to register as a sex offender on August 28, 2025. A $2,000 bond was set and posted the next day, according to court records. A preliminary hearing scheduled for Tuesday set an arraignment hearing. He is scheduled to return to court on October 9. 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and is now on the registry.

VL January 23, 2026, 3:16 pm This man is a preditor and needs to be in jail so he cannot prey on young children anymore. Shame on our Justice system for allowing him to continue to live as though he has done nothing wrong. What is the matter with the system? IT'S BROKE! Accountability has to mean something!
