●Light freezing rain is possible this evening along and north of a line from Cedar Rapids to Maquoketa to Mt Carroll IL. A glaze of ice is possible.
●Strong northwest winds are forecast to develop after Midnight tonight and continue into Wednesday morning. Wind gusts over 45 MPH are possible.
