News : Garrison events to raise money for library, park projects

Garrison residents continue raising funds for park equipment, as well as a new library.

Garrison efforts to raise funds for a playground slowed when the library roof blew off in July.

After a visit from the Easter Bunny, Garrison residents will gather this Sunday, March 25, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church for fund-raisers for the library and park projects.

The Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny takes place at 4 p.m., with the Soup Supper & Silent auction from 4:30 - 7 at St Mark's. 

The free-will donation meal will benefit the Garrison park & library Pprojects.  Lots of unique items have been donated for the silent auction.  Matching funds will be provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
