As part of their National Hospital Week observance, Virginia Gay Hospital and Clinics honored employees with over five years of service to the community with a banquet and award ceremony held at the Vinton Country Club. Virginia Gay Hospital employs nearly 200 people from the Vinton area. Since 1923, the hospital has provided state of the art technology and professional services to area patients in a personalized and timely manner. Virginia Gay Hospital and Clinics provide an expansive network of health services including Home Health Agency, Vinton Family Medical Clinic, Urbana Medical Clinic, Van Horne Medical Clinic, Nursing and Rehab, Virginia Gay Hospital, and the Cedarview residential facility.
