It's that time of the year.

The time we reasses the website, see what we need to change, try to find ways to make it better, and find out what just isn't working.

This last week, we added Twitter as another way of communication with our great audience.  It has come in really handy in keeping our readers informed of the basketball scores while they continue to dominate the court.

We are using our "not so smart" phone to stay in touch with you!  If you are familiar with Twitter, just look up Vinton Today and join us.  For those of you on Facebook the feed will also appear there at the same time.

As we put our heads together yesterday, we tried to come up with a plan to make Vinton Today accessible to all of the gadgets and gizmos that are out there. We looked at the design and layout to decide if we need to change anything.

As we talked, we realized that we had ideas about what needed to be done, and then we wondered, what our readers thought! 

Do you think you have an idea to make this site better? (We know that if we could clone our reporter guy, that would help, but so far our tech guy hasn't been any help in that area!)

Is there something you WISH our website could do that it just doesn't?

We aren't positive, but as we crossed our 5 Million mark of visits to the site, and as our followers on Facebook continue to grow, 1,320 last count, and as we approach our 3rd Anniversary, we think we might be on to something and are still in awe of this "experiment"!
