Fairbank—FaeLorraine Phariss, age 80, died peacefully Friday August 6, 2010 at Mercy Living Plus in Oelwein with her family at her bedside after a lengthy illness.
Private family services will be held with burial at Maplewood Cemetery in Vinton.
