VINTON:  Douglas Dean Hartman, 38 died Monday, September 24, 2018 in Van Horne. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Blessed Hope Church with Pastor Matt Hantz officiating.  A Memorial Visitation will also be held at Blessed Hope Church from 11 AM until service time also at Blessed Hope Church.
