Richard "Dick" Feuerhelm, age 80, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at his Vinton home with his family by his side.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 PM, Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Dick & Beulah's home in Vinton, 1316 W. 1st Street.

Dick was born on June 21, 1943 in California.  He served his Country in the United States Navy from, 1960 until 1964, aboard the U.S.S. Yorktown.  On December 24, 1976, he was united in marriage to Beulah (Lovell) Teneyck in Vinton.    

Dick worked for Harnicchfeger Industries for 22 and a half years.  After leaving Harnischfeger, he and Beulah owned and operated the R-Place bar and grill in Keystone.  In his leisure, Dick enjoyed woodworking and was a connoisseur of Old Milwaukee. 

Survivors include his wife Beulah; children, Brett (Stacey Van Nevell) Feuerhelm of Van Horne, Kendra (Jeff) Kajer of Tama, Suzy (Rick Lazenby) Robinson of Vinton, Steve (Rochelle Lanham) Teneyck of Garrison, Shirley Teneyck of La Porte City, Sheila (Doug) Rusk of Vinton, Rachelle (Mat) VanderHeiden of Vinton; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Beverly Teneyck; and grandson Wesley Teneyck.
