Leroy Stewart
VINTON: Leroy James Stewart, 78, died peacefully in his sleep early Tuesday morning, January 31, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Linda of Vinton; two daughters, Mandi (Mike) Techau of Stanwood, and Myndie (Larry) Talbott of Vinton and one brother, David Stewart of Vinton. He also has six grandchildren, Chase, Tiffanie, Colton, Shayla, Shayanna and Shayne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Emily and stepmother, Rosemond. Also preceding him in death was a brother, Chuck, a daughter, Shayna and a granddaughter Shaylee.
Leroy's family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2012 at Phillips Family Center, 605 2nd Ave, Vinton.
