Roy Sturtz
Roy Sturtz, 60, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids following a sudden illness.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton with Pastor Jim Blair officiating.
He is survived by his daughter, Shauna (David) Graesser and grandchildren, Seth and Abigail of Amana; three sons, Andrew (Kristine) and grandchildren, Alexandria and Miranda of Ames, Nicholas (Cullin Schooley) of Des Moines, and Cristopher of Vinton; two brothers, George of Vinton and Roger (Jean) of Urbana; and one niece, Peggy Coleson.
In addition to his wife, Rhonda, Roy was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Lloyd.
