Opinion : Letter to the Editor: Is there hard evidence of treason, bribery or high crime?

Of the Democrat “wanna bees” five seem to be toward the top:  Joe “We believe in truth over facts” Biden, Bernie “the communist – hear me roar” Sanders, Elizabeth “I have a plan for that, but how to pay for it is a secret” Warren, Pete “the mayor who has a husband” Buttigieg, and Amy “hair over my eye (Popeye)” Klobucher.  Yep anyone -  better than what we have now.  Yeesh!

What’s coming?:  two penny tax on billionaires, Investment transaction tax (bank deposits including equity transactions), increase in capital gains taxes, even taxes on unrealized capital gains, an asset tax, and increases in inheritance taxes.  More restrictive regulations on banks and businesses,   Good Grief – there have to be more taxes I’m missing – oh yes --- Income taxes; and then maybe a breathing tax.  And,  then the confiscation of defensive arms from law-abiding citizens.  Oh and open borders, the dissolution of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) which would allow infiltration of drugs, human trafficking, MS-13 gang members, drug cartel kingpins, rapists and other criminals.  Yep, I’m all for that. 

I feel I am missing something else – no doubt the “wanna bees” will think of something else that will tank the economy, stifle the gains of Black, Hispanic, and other working class Americans.  And the good news --- even though an election is less than a year away our Congress led by Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, and Hoyer will spend more millions of dollars on a failed attempt to remove from office a duly elected President;  based on hearsay two or more times removed, supposition, presumption, and assumption; so far no hard evidence of treason, bribery or other high crimes, but that does not matter – anger and hate is what is driving this whole debacle.  You may not like his language, his tweets, or the insults he hurls at his enemies, but his language is clear I know exactly where he stands.  No other person could have stood all the negative attacks from the media and Democrats.  This President has a spine and a sincere belief that his policies will benefit all Americans, particularly the Forgotten Men and Women overlooked by decades of progressive/Democrat policies.  Now four lawyer professors testifying what exactly is impeachment, it seems to me that Johnathan Turley is the only one who is dealing with this problem reasonably the other three are Trump haters.  This to me is further proof that the Judiciary Committee is pursuing a sham. 

Now the ultimate question – be honest- if this President were from a different party would articles of impeachment ever be brought before Congress and the People? 

No President should ever be subject to this undeserved harassment ever again.

If there is hard evidence of treason, bribery or high crimes than proceed, if not give it up, man up and admit to the mistake!
