Sports : Firecracker Tournament Held at Vinton Country Club

The annual Firecracker Tournament was held at Vinton Country Club over the Fourth of July weekend. The format was a 4-person best shot, 18-hole tournament. Teams played any time Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Tee times were not required and the tournament was open to the public. Twenty teams participated.

2nd: Rathje, Olson, Housman, Housman - 61

3rd: Steve Stulken, Doug Stulken, Andy Smith, Kirk Watson - 62

Second Flight

1st: Dustin Duball, Doug McAllister, Ryan Snakenberg, Chris Myers - 65

2nd: Chuck Peterson, Connie Peterson, Mark Wilberg, Deb Wilberg - 66

A similar tournament will be held over the Labor Day weekend, so mark your calendars, put a team together, and come out to Vinton Country Club for a fun time!
