In their first few seasons of high school bowling, the Vinton-Shellsburg teams have often faced their toughest competition from West Delaware. That trend continued on Friday, as the bowlers competed against WD. The varsity girls won, but the boys lost to WD, despite achieving their highest team score of the season'
Coach's report:
The Varsity Girls team came together and bonded becoming victorious. Junior Erin Wood proved to a leader with the high score of 388. The team worked well together to average 17 pins higher in baker games than their season average.

TheVarsity Boyswas lead by Keegan McKibben who showed consistency and his true talent with a 422 series. Unfortunately, we did not come out on top, however, their total score is the highest of the season. The boys team has some growing to do. I see great things coming when this team gels together.
