Viking basketball defeats Tigers 46-45

MARENGO – The Vinton-Shellsburg Viking varsity basketball team (1-6) took on the Iowa Valley Tigers (5-1) at Iowa Valley High School in Marengo and earned a 46-45 victory over the Tigers on Dec. 20.

Kaden Kingsbury led the Vikings with 14 points with Cam Dunbar adding 10 and Austin Kemp adding eight.
