Sports : Lil Racer Car Club Raffles at the Bullring this Sunday

The Benton County Speedway Bullring Lil Racer Car Club will be OPEN again for business this Sunday, May 15 after registering 55 club members on opening night. We gave away eight wonderful door prizes and selected our, "Lil Racer of the Week, sponsored by The Pizza Place of Center Point." The Lil Racer of the Week received a 6 FOOT trophy, a Scentsy Warmer and wax bar to give his mom for Mother's Day, AND a Pizza cutout, good for one FREE small pizza from The Pizza Place.

We currently have TWO raffles taking place. One raffle is ongoing until June 5, and the other will be for this Sunday ONLY. Our first raffle is our, "Steering Wheel Raffle". A custom-made 15 ½" steering wheel is being raffled off. Chances are 1 for $3.00 or TWO for $5.00. This wheel will fit most race cars. The wheel was donated to the club by Superior Steering Wheel of Grandview IA.

Our second raffle will take place this Sunday ONLY! This raffle includes FOUR (4) Lost Island Day passes with a retail value of 160.00. These will be given away to ONE lucky winner Sunday night in our "Virtual Chuck a Duck" event. Normally, our Chuck a Duck events consist of renting rubber ducks at a BUCK a piece and then CHUCKING them at a bullseye on the race track. Sunday's Virtual Chuck a Duck event eliminates the need to rent the decks and instead allows fans to BUY raffle tickets for a BUCK each, with NO LIMIT on the number of tickets purchased! One winner take all, will be announced during the features that evening.
