Freshman Macy Griffith scored the winning goal in last Tuesday's 1-0 win over Anamosa on the VS soccer field. The win was the Vikettes' first of the season.

VS plays its last home game on Friday, vs. Solon. The next two Tuesdays, they play on the road, at West Delaware and South Tama, before traveling to Hudson on Tuesday, May 28, for their Regional opener.
