Sports : Alumni Football game Friday at Center Point; silent auction of UI helmet planned

This helmet with a camouflage theme will be sold via silent auction at Alumni USA game Friday.

Former Iowa Hawkeye and NFL player Tim Dwight will be an honorary captain for CPU during the Alumni USA Football game between Vinton-Shellsburg and Center Point-Urbana alumni teams in Center Point this Friday.

A silent auction for an American Forces Network helmet -- possibly signed by Tim Dwight -- will be part of Friday's activities in Center Point.

Admission is $10; half of all pre-game ticket sales will go to Vinton-Shellsburg and Center Point-Urbana programs.
