Description of services requested: Vinton Early Learning Center, formally known as Happy Time Child Development Center is seeking bids for lawn care and snow removal. Lawn care includes mowing and trimming and will need done 3-4 times a month during April-October. Lawn care would need to be done in the evening after 6 pm on the weekdays or anytime on the weekend. Snow removal and salt application will need done to the parking lot, driveway and sidewalks. Snow removal will need done before and during operating hours at various times when it is snowing. As a childcare business, it is vital to have the snow removed as soon as possible during operating hours so that parents have access to pick up their child/ren in a safe manner.

Requirements: Bids and responses will be accepted by Vinton Early Learning Center no later than Friday, October 22, 2021, 3:00 PM. Documents should be returned in person at Vinton Early Learning Center. All documents must be in a sealed envelope marked as a bid document. Any bids received after the deadline will be considered late and not opened.
