The cast of “Sometimes a Rainbow” was in full costume at their rehearsal last night.

These costumes made the show come alive even more. Creativity was definitely used by all cast members which made it even more interesting. Cordy, Nancy Beckman, was dressed in her best long underwear and accompanying outdated attire. Dutchess, Bunny Fritch, wore her signature “Rainbow Coat” made of men’s ties along with her true homeless woman’s clothes. Mack, Rick Primmer, looked VERY gruff as the carver and Twitch, Jeff Seitz was in a tattered homeless man’s jacket as he worked his baseball and twitched. There were many other interesting outfits worn by Queenie- Cathi Calderwood, Danika – Sherry Stout, and Mad Mabel/Antique Annie – Melody Spence.

This is a show full of laughs and music you will not want to miss. Tickets may be purchased at www.act1.org or by calling 319-214-0096. See you at the show May 1-4.
