Wesley United Methodist Church to hold Christmas rummage sale

Wesley United Methodist Church will hold a Christmas rummage sale in the church basement from 12-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 24th .  A freewill offering will go toward church projects. Stop in when you are out and about at the downtown Christmas open houses.

Better Together holds Bake Sale

On Sunday, November 24 from noon until 4:00 p.m. (or until sold out) Better Together will hold a bake sale to support the organization. Stop in during the Holiday Open House downtown and leave with a treat.Located at 211 West 4th St. Vinton.

Andrew Carnegie's Riches in Iowa Presentation, Thursday, November 14

Andrew Carnegie's Riches in Iowa: Vinton, will be presented by Dr. Shana L. Stuart of the Carnegie Libraries in Iowa Project.  Dr. Stuart will be sharing information on our library's history. This event will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.at the Vinton Public Library located at 510 2nd Ave., Vinton. The event is free and open to the public.

Game Night at the Library November 12

Join us on Tuesday, November 12 for a Game Night at the Vinton Public Library! The fun will be from 6-7:30 p.m.  The featured games this week will include: Unstable Unicorns, Pictionary, Scrabble, Scattergories.Stop in for some fun.
