Need a little comfort and a winter break?
The Center Point Historical Society welcomes you to a free chocolate festival Saturday, February 8, 1 to 4 p.m., at the Depot Museum, 700 E. Washington, Center Point.
The chocolate party for all ages will have a chocolate fountain, a hot cocoa bar, games ¢â‚¬â€including chocolate bingo ¢â‚¬â€and vendors.
Like last year, Brittany Aldrich, of Mount Vernon-area Big Creek Chocolates, will have her truffles, molded chocolates, and more for sale.
Center Point ¢â‚¬â„¢s Heather Hingtgen of Heather ¢â‚¬â„¢s Cake Studio will also have gorgeous goodies to buy.
Museum admission is free. The Museum is regularly open on Sunday afternoons, May through October, and by appointment.
