b. Second consideration of Ordinance 1074 - an ordinance amending the code of ordinances of the City of Vinton, Iowa by amending provisions pertaining to water rates

c. Discussion of probable cost from Fehr Graham for development of Remington Seed building and surrounding area

d. Review of water rate analysis from Independent Public Advisors

9. New Business

a. Approval of resolution authorizing the signing of checks and submission of ACH files to Cedar Valley Bank & Trust

b. Approval of resolution setting salaries and compensation for supervision, management and part-time employees for fiscal year 2022-2023

c. Approval of resolution to approve the transfer of funds from the general fund to the library

d. Public Hearing to transfer Parcel D from the City of Vinton to the Trust Estate Number Two created by "the last will and testament of J.W. Fry, Deceased"

e. Resolution approving plat of survey for parcel D, part of Homecoming Court, Anderson creek Estates First Addition to the City of Vinton, Iowa to be transferred to the trust estate #2 created by the last will and testament of J.W. Fry, Deceased

f. Resolution to allow permission for the sale of certain real property by Iowa Braille & Site Saving School LLC

g. Approval of change order from Tschiggfrie Excavating for Anderson Parks Court Project

h. Approval of sewer camera from Macqueen Equipment for wastewater department
