Here at the Urbana Family Medical Clinic we practice family medicine. Our patients range in age from days old to 99 years old, soon to be 100 in November. We see everything from bumps and bruises to broken bones, a sniffle to influenza, Medication Management to Wellness Visits, dermatology to cortisone injections, lab draws to X-rays.

Urbana Family Medical Clinic Hours:

Monday, Tuesday 7:00am -6:00 pm

Wednesday 7:00am-4:00 pm

Thursday and Friday 7:00 am -6:00 pm

Lagrange Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm

The Urbana Family Medical Clinic was built and opened in June 2002, Michele Burnes built her practice here and is still practicing here today. Pam started with the UFMC as an ARNP in August 2019. We welcome outside orders for both labs and x-ray as well. With our remodel and expansion in 2019 we are fortunate to have Lagrange Pharmacy here with us.

We are very thankful to the Urbana and surrounding communities for welcoming us and trusting us with their care.
