News Vinton Lutheran Home Assisted Living donates tree to VPRD

The Vinton Lutheran Home Assisted Living residents donated a tree to Vinton Parks and Recreation to be placed at Kiwanis Park. The residents wrote on leaves saying what they love about living in our community or shared a childhood memory. The leaves were then hung on the tree.

Celebrating this year's theme: "Compassion, Community and Caring" the residents were happy to contribute to the community.
