Memorial Day is a time to remember those who have gone before us. We remember our military men and women many we've lost in the line of duty, or because if their service.

Hopefully we take our kids to the cemetery to visit the resting places of their ancestors. Take a few hours this weekend to remember them. Share stories with the next generation about the generations that they never met.

If you can attend one of the local Memorial Day Services, pause. Take time to listen to the memories of our veterans who will be remembering their lost friends in battle and through the years.

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance, while giving us the time to enjoy the family that is still with us.

Thank you to all of our cemeteries and towns who honor those we've lost on this day, it is appreciated.
