News : Warren Coleman Award Given to Local Lions Members

The regular Wednesday meeting of the Vinton Lions Club was held at the LaReyna. There were 37 members and two guest present. Deb Kacena and daughter Alyce Lynch shared information on Kacena Farms and the progression of success. They are committed to memorable and joyful family experiences with a wide array of wedding event options, holiday crafting activities, pumpkins and Christmas trees.

President Scott Barron and Robin Martin presented the Warren Coleman award to Dennis Lausar and Ron Tippett. Dennis Lausar joined Lions in 2002 and Ron Tippett joined in 2003. They are both generous with their time, volunteerism and commitment to community making sure the Lions trailer is stocked, cleaned and ready for community events. We celebrate their contributions. The Warren Coleman award is given to the Lions Club member who exemplifies the highest standards of Lionism and community volunteerism.
