Jill Reeve - Jill teaches special education at Tilford elementary. Jill Reeve stands out as a shining example of a true Difference Maker. Nominated by her paraprofessionals, Jill's impact on both her colleagues and the students she serves is nothing short of remarkable.

One of Jill's exceptional qualities is her unwavering support for her associates. In the challenging landscape of special education, there are bound to be moments of doubt and difficulty. Jill, however, stands ready to lend a helping hand without hesitation. Whether it's providing solutions to overcome obstacles or stepping in during physically aggressive incidents, Jill prioritizes the well-being of her associates, fostering a sense of unity and support within the team.

The testimony of her paraprofessionals reflects the profound impact Jill has on their lives. One associate mentions that working in Jill's room was the best decision of their life, emphasizing the emotional support and guidance they receive on a daily basis.
